The TKEES story was created in St. Barth's in 2009. Wanting a simple but elegant flip-flop, Carly and husband Jesse went on the hunt, but returned empty handed. Carly came up with the idea to create a flip flop so minimal the difference between them on and off was almost invisible. Exchanging ideas under a tiki hut, TKEES was born. TKEES is manufactured in Brazil- pulling inspiration from a wide spectrum, stretching from their children's scribbles to high fashion.
