Eligible items will be accepted for return within 14 days of delivery.
Returns for eligible items (see below) must be authorized by us, with a valid RA number on the package,
and returned via a traceable method within 14 days of delivery.

Eligible items must be unworn and in the same condition as which they were received.
Items must also be in their original packaging and have all original tags attached.

 

* exempt from being returned Jewelry, gift cards and opened personal care items.
 

 

Online Return Process:

 

To complete your return, please email info@luxewagon.com  for a RA code. Please reference your order number, the item(s) and the reason(s) for the return. Provided you have complied with our policies detailed above, we will issue you an RA number. Please reference that number on the box and send back to us via a traceable method. Unless detailed otherwise via an eligible promotion specified at the time of purchase, you will be responsible for paying for the cost for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are eligible for a refund, and we have generated a return label for you. the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You should ship all returned items via a traceable insured method - as we can not be held responsible for items which are lost or stolen en-route back to our store.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you have followed the process specified above, and if the item is received in returnable condition, your refund will be processed, and a credit applied via your original method of payment, within a 3 business days.

 

 

Sale Items:

 

Only regularly priced items may be refunded or returned, unfortunately all sale items are final sale.

 

Exchanges:
